MCCI is committed to providing the leadership and resources for a safety program that protects our employees and the public from exposure to any hazardous materials, and prevents occupational injuries and illnesses. We pursue operational excellence by following the motto, “safety first.”

Providing employees with safe working conditions is a fundamental responsibility of all companies. At MCCI, our goal is to ensure that all our employees and contractors return home safely each day.

We manage employee safety, as well as health, environment, and energy through an integrated QSHE-En Management System.

The QSHE-En Management System is an integrated management system that incorporates: Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015, Occupational Safety and Health Management System - ISO 45001:2018 and SMK3, Environmental Management System – ISO 14001:2015, and Energy Management System ISO 50001:2011.

1. Quality Management

MCCI has been implementing Quality Management System ISO 9001 since 1996. We are committed to providing products that satisfy our customers. Our plant facilities are operated in a manner that continues to improve the quality of our products. We are also working to reduce complaints as a key issue that relates to quality management.

2. Occupational Safety & Health Management

MCCI implements an Occupational Safety and Health Management System, based on ISO 45001 and SMK3. Our Occupational Safety and Health Management System helps our organization to systematically identify, control, and monitor any operations with a potential impact on occupational safety and health.

3. Environmental Management

As a part of our commitment to environmentally responsible operations, we implement Environmental Management System, ISO 14001, in which we have been certified since 1999. Our Environmental Management System helps our organization to systematically identify, control, and monitor any operations that could have a potential impact on the environment. This system provides the Company with a framework for setting environmental improvement goals and implementing programs to achieve them.

MCCI is fully committed to reducing the impact our operations might have on the environment. The goal of environmental conservation at MCCI is to reduce contaminants, pollutants, and waste generated at our facilities. We believe that preserving the environment is one of the most important challenges facing the business world today. As such, we have made environmental initiatives an integral part of our corporate culture.

We are also committed to reducing our environmental footprint through energy conservation.

4. Energy Management

MCCI has been implementing Energy Management System ISO 50001 since 2013. We are committed to continuously improving our energy efficiency. We do this by optimizing our technology, our processes and the operation of our facilities, as well as supporting the purchase of energy efficient products and services.
