MCCI Kicks Off Its Culture Transformation Program

PT Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia (MCCI) kicked off its cultural transformation program on Saturday, 6 July, 2019, at the Jayakarta Hotel Anyer. Currently, the MCCI has introduced its new values, namely: Integrity, Trust, Inspiration and Collaboration. To describe these values, MCCI uses the tagline “MCCIspirit.”

The event began with a speech by the Vice President Director, Bambang H Sastrosatomo. Mr. Bambang said, “We hope that all employees work with integrity, can be trusted, and inspire and collaborate with one another, so all of them can face any business competition in the future.”

This event, which was facilitated by ACT Consultants (ESQ 165 Group), was divided into two main activities, namely: ESQ training to improve employee integrity and trust and inspire them; and outdoor games to enhance collaboration/teamwork between employees.
